• Video calls

• Coffee or meal companionship

• Travel and tour companionship

Friendiey strictly prohibits any form of:

• Sexual services

• Escort services

• Prostitution

• Illegal or inappropriate conduct

The platform is intended solely for lawful, respectful, and non-sexual companionship purposes.

2. Eligibility

To use Friendiey, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Refund Policy

• No refunds may be issued for completed services.

6. User Conduct

By using Friendiey, you agree to:

You agree not to:

• Request or offer sexual services

• Share personal contact details to bypass platform policies

• Attempt fraud, scams, or unauthorized transactions

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent banning, or legal action where applicable.

7. Companion Conduct

• Honor confirmed bookings whenever reasonably possible

Friendiey reserves the right to monitor, review, or restrict communications for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Friendiey acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users and companions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Friendiey is not responsible for the conduct, actions, behavior, or interactions of users or companions.

• We do not guarantee compatibility, satisfaction, or outcomes from services booked through the platform.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform or services.

Users access and use the platform at their own risk.

10. Safety Disclaimer

Users are responsible for exercising personal judgment and caution during in-person meetings or interactions.

We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in public and safe locations

• Informing trusted individuals about meetings

• Avoiding unsafe or suspicious situations

Friendiey is not liable for incidents, disputes, injuries, damages, or losses arising during offline interactions between users and companions.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Friendiey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions

• Engage in prohibited, abusive, or illegal conduct

• Misuse or exploit the platform

• Attempt to bypass platform payment systems or policies

Users may not:
